The O is completely revolutionary, It's a system completely new to the hairdressing world. At first glance the O is another heated roller system. It's been done before you may say, however not like this, it has many exciting differences to the conventional rollers. The cutting edge Velcro system that Cloud 9's ' O' system uses doesn't tug or snag the head of hair nor does it pull. They go into the hair with ease and slide from the hair with just the same simple motion. So you may ask what is the outcome?
